The provider of the price quote must be a Massachusetts based contractor who carries liability insurance of at least 250,000 USD (LTC owns 1,000,000 USD in insurance coverage). The quote must be verifiable, legible and contain a description of all services performed or quoted, including; upgrades, discount/promotional pricing and/or other offers. Services must be comparable (additional service will be charged at LTC's current rate and will be discussed before service is rendered).
